Our four-step process is here to make sure your experience is as personal as can be! From the first step to the very last, we'll make sure that you have clear communication, total transparency and a finished product you'll love for years to come.
Estimate & Material
This is the easy part of the process! We’ll come to your home and talk about your vision. At this time, we’ll measure your current counter-top layout and discuss granite cost, design possibilities, and material choices. After getting some quick measurements and an idea of what you’re looking for, we’ll delivery an honest estimate— no surprises or hidden costs.
Once the logistics are good to go, we get to the fun part: choosing the granite (or other stone)! You can browse our large array of stock material, or we can direct you to one of our importers to select the perfect slab for your counter-top.
Template & Fabrication
Once you have decided on your material, we schedule a return trip to your home for templates and a final consultation. Without disturbing your existing counters, we create template forms for your new counters. All you need to do is clear items from the area.
At this point, we’ll work together to make the final decisions on your sink style and edge treatment. To help with the smaller decisions, we provide catalogs for sinks and edge profile samples.
After all the choices have been made, we get back to the shop and get the ball rolling! We have some super-talented fabricators who are meticulous about cutting the stone just right.
Step Three: Installation
This is the step where you witness all the pieces come together… literally! During the installation, you’ll see all of the beauty you loved in the raw slab now crafted into your kitchen counters.
We’ll come to your home with the slab and start installing it, working carefully to ensure all the seams are matched perfectly. We also carefully seal the stone to make sure the surface isn’t compromised with spills.
Is there anything better than sitting back and enjoying the finished product? We don’t think so!
After the installation, we make sure the work area is spotless and that your kitchen (or other room!) looks like it did before we came into the picture. We might take a few photos of the final product (because hey, we’re proud of what we do!) and high-five. Then it’s all yours to enjoy with friends and family. 🙂
